I loved getting to see Charlotte, Kirsten, and Nick again for this fall family session at Birmingham Park in Milton.
The day had been a little hectic for the Vaughns, which led to a later start than planned, but we still managed to land it. Sometimes family photo days start smooth, and sometimes they start with everyone just trying to get out the door with shoes, snacks, and sanity. Both are normal.
Charlotte showed up ready with the cutest little smiles, and Kirsten and Nick looked stylish as usual. Birmingham Park gave us a beautiful fall backdrop with plenty of space to keep the session relaxed and easy.
Milton is one of my favorite areas for family photography because the locations feel natural, quiet, and perfect for kids who need room to move. And honestly, most kids need room to move. Standing still is not exactly their brand.
This session was such a sweet reminder that things do not have to go perfectly to get beautiful photos. Sometimes you just need a little flexibility, good light, and a cute kid willing to give us the smiles.
