Caroline and Justin’s family session with Nora took place at Green Meadow Preserve in Marietta, and it gave us the prettiest golden hour light.
Was it a hot summer day? Absolutely. Very Georgia of it. But Nora was such a champ, especially considering we were getting close to bedtime. She still had the best time exploring, playing with Mom and Dad, and showing off those sweet first-year smiles.
Caroline and Justin were troopers too and came prepared with a fan for cooling-off breaks, which honestly deserves its own parenting award. Summer sessions in Georgia can be warm, but with a little planning, shade, and breaks, they can still be beautiful and relaxed.
Green Meadow Preserve was the perfect spot for this stage. Nora had room to explore, the light was gorgeous, and the session felt playful instead of overly posed. Exactly how family photos with little ones should feel.
